Grow with Copernicus – Summer Camp at NCU

HOW TO APPLY?
(You can apply until May 21st, 2023)
1. Read about the program.
2. Read the detailed information about the specialist modules program:
CHOOSE the specialist module that interests you most!
3. Read the REGULATIONS OF RECRUITMENT.
You can only participate once in the project Let’s meet at NCU! So, if you have participated in our Summer Camp Learn, discover, enjoy – Summer Camp at NCU (July 4th-22nd, 2022) or in the Winter Camp Interdisciplinarity in research – Winter Camp at NCU (February 20th-24th, 2023), you cannot participate in the Summer Camp 2023.
4. Prepare/collect the following documents:
4.1. proof of student/PhD student status – (document from your dean's office written IN ENGLISH) (containing the name of the field of study);
Candidate must have a student/PhD student status during the Summer Camp (until July 28th, 2023).
4.2. declaration of English level (communicative level enabling to take part in academic activities);
4.3. opinion about the candidate written by an university employee (letter of recommendation) – max. 1500 characters (20 points);
the opinion should contain:
- characteristics of the student’s interests, qualifications and achievements (10 points)
- description of the student's potential in terms of undertaken education (10 points);
4.4. Curriculum Vitae and Letter of Motivation, including:
- description of interest in the subject of a given specialist module (Humanities, Social Studies or Exact and Natural Studies) as well as own qualifications and achievements;
- description of the motivation to participate in the Summer Camp in Poland and the choice of one of the three specialized modules (Humanities, Social Studies or Exact and Natural Studies).
Letter of Motivation – up to 3000 characters.
5. OPEN – COMPLETE (fill in the personal details) – PRINT – SIGN – SCAN the following documents:
Annex 1. DECLARATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT
Annex 2. PARTICIPANT PERSONAL DATA FORM
Annex 3. DECLARATION OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANT
Annex 4. DECLARATION OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANT
Annex 5. ADDITIONAL CONSENT OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANT TO DATA PROCESSING
6. Fill out the ONLINE application form - include the prepared documents in it.
You can apply until May 21st, 2023.
The Committee will evaluate the documents and on the basis of this assessment will draw up two shortlists of candidates – the main list and the reserve list. The results of the selection procedure will be announced by e-mail by May 25th, 2023.
The decision of the Committee may be appealed in writing within 7 calendar days from the announcement of the results to the e-mail address letsmeet@ncu.pl – the decision of the Committee, after considering the appeal, is final.
NOTE!

The participation is completely FREE OF CHARGE, financed by NAWA funds.
